The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay has landed Sundance Wicks as their next head men’s basketball coach.
“I am absolutely humbled and honored to be called on to lead the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Phoenix men’s basketball program into its next era,” said Wicks.
Wicks has spent the last three seasons on the Wyoming staff.
Prior to his time at Wyoming, Wicks was the head coach at NCAA Division 2 Missouri Western State University in Saint Joseph, Missouri for two seasons from 2018-20. He compiled a 30-32 (.484) overall record and a conference mark of 19-19 (.500).
Wicks also spent time as an assistant coach at San Francisco (2015-16), Northern Illinois (2007-11), Colorado (2006-07), and Northern State.
An introductory press conference to announce Wicks as the next UWGB head coach will be in the coming weeks.
