We know of at least three names of candidates that have or will interview for the Milwaukee Bucks head coaching vacancy. Adrian Wojnarowski reported that James Borrego, Kenny Atkinson & Charles Lee are among the group of candidates to meet with the Milwaukee front office.

James Borrego was the interim head coach in Orlando during the 2014-15 season & the head coach of the Charlotte Hornets from 2018-2022 & has a career head coaching record of 148-183 (.447). Borrego has spent a long time under Gregg Popovich as an assistant coach.
Kenny Atkinson spent four seasons as the Brooklyn Nets head coach from 2016-2020, where he was in charge of a rebuild & compiled a 118-190 (.383) record before getting fired & replaced by Steve Nash. He did lead the Nets to the postseason in 2019, but the Nets lost in five games of the First Round that season.
Charles Lee has been an assistant coach under Mike Budenholzer & is also reportedly interviewing for the Detroit Pistons vacancy.
I’m not overly thrilled by the three listed candidates, but I expect far more candidates to come knocking on the door in the coming weeks.
