Going To Lambeau Field

So today on my way home, I stopped by Lambeau Field, also known as the house that Lombardi built. Okay, maybe I just made that last part up, but who cares.

I’ve been to Lambeau Field many times, but it never gets old going. It’s such a beautiful stadium & the history behind it is amazing.

For those of you that have never been, it’s a must see stadium!

I’m going to start by saying this: God, I love my state. My trip to Lambeau in the first hour of being there:

  • Insanely thick Wisconsin accents all around
  • Six mentions of “the cabin”
  • People eating brats
  • Hearing the word “pop” more than once. (For those that don’t understand, it’ll always be “pop,” not “soda.”)

Yeah, the new Jumbotron is huge….

Here’s a few pictures of walking in:

Brett Favre & Reggie White are my two most favorite Packers players of All-Time, so I had to take that last picture.

I’m hoping I can make my way to Lambeau for a game this season, but we’ll see.

Also, a shoutout to the loser on the Santa Clara 49ers, who nobody remembers their name, that called Green Bay a “shithole,” cheers…
