Chicago Bears quarterback was talking smack about Green Bay earlier this week. Well, at least us Packers fans actually have something to look forward to on a weekly basis during Football season, unlike Chicago fans.
The Green Bay Packers (9-8) secure a 17-9 victory over their arch-rival, the Chicago Bears (7-10), in Week 18 at Lambeau Field in a “Win & In” game. I love it. (PS- Da Bears Still Suck!)

This has been a fun team to watch. Most definitely frustrating at times, but to see this group grow in real time right in front of our eyes on a weekly basis is fun to see.
I don’t think many teams want to see Jordan Love right now. Jordan Love went 27-for-32 for 316 yards & two touchdowns in a must-win game versus a top-12 defense sending his squad to the postseason in his first year as QB1.
From Week 11 through Week 18, Love threw 18 touchdowns & ONE interception.
Love finishes the regular season with 4,159 passing yards & 32 passing touchdowns. The only Quarterbacks in NFL HISTORY to exceed that total in their first season as the full-time starter…..Kurt Warner & Patrick Mahomes.
Those of you who have been talking trash about JLove all season – you know who you are – time for you to eat your words & not backtrack on your season long slander. It’s time for you to admit he’s pretty damn good.
It was time for Green Bay to turn the page. Most Packers fans - not Aaron Rodgers fans – knew it was time. You know who recognized it was time to turn the page? Brian Gutekunst. God bless Gutekunst for making the decisions he made to lead them to this point. I know, some people are going to get all upset & angry & whatever with me…..guess what, I don’t care! Gutekunst was right, you were wrong, own up to it! That’s all I gotta say about that.
I’m not sure who needs to hear this – Da Bears Still Suck! Bear down …. down bad.
One thing that can’t go unnoticed is a healthy Aaron Jones being on the field is imperative to this team as well. Jones rushed for 111 yards on 22 attempts for only a 5.0 yard average.

I am extremely excited about this Wide Receiver (& Tight End) group that Green Bay has going forward. It’s an extremely talented room.
Here’s the final (regular season) receiving stats:

I’m really excited about this postseason appearance. We’re playing with house money right now. I hope LaFleur goes deep first offensive play from scrimmage against Dallas.
No matter what happens in these playoffs, this postseason berth is going to be valuable for this roster in the long run.
Here is the schedule for the first round:

Now I’m just trying to figure out which uniforms the Packers will be wearing in the Super Bowl.
GO PACK GO!
