The Wisconsin Badgers (22-12) are advancing to the Big Ten Tournament Championship game after taking down the No. 3 Purdue Boilermakers (29-4), 76-75, in an overtime thriller in Minneapolis.

I had to send my neighbor an apology text message for my screaming during this game, which she responded that she was going to do a wellness check on me after the game to make sure I was still alive. This is what happens when the Big Ten refs call a Zach Edey game, what it will do to a man – make him lose his cool. Justice prevailed.
The officiating was a complete JOKE in this one! One of the biggest fix jobs in recent memory, & Purdue still couldn’t win! This Edey stuff is outrageous & embarrassing for the Big Ten.
Just a reminder, I never complain about refs. That’s beneath me. I simply state facts.
BALL DON’T LIE!!!
Wisconsin got contributions from everyone, but the play of AJ Storr, Max Klesmit & Chucky Hepburn was next level stuff.
Chucky Hepburn ran the show, got his teammates high percentage looks. He took Braden Smith completely out of the game. Made crunch plays when UW needed it the most.
Wisconsin becomes the first team since 2008 to win a Big Ten Tourney game while being outscored at the free throw line by 16-or-more points (5 to 24). The 23 Free Throw Attempt differential (9 to 32) is the second-largest by a winning team in the B1G Tourney since 2008.

This team found their mojo again. They can play. What a game. I love sports so much (at least for 24 more hours).
Wisconsin will play the No. 13 Illinois Fighting Illini (25-8) tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. (Central Time) in the Big Ten Tournament Title game on CBS.
