The Wisconsin Badgers (2-0) host the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide (2-0) at Camp Randall Stadium. Kickoff is set for 11:00 a.m. (Central). It’s the first time Wisconsin has hosted Alabama since 1928 – a 15-0 UW win. This marks the third meeting between the two programs, with the series split at 1-1, as Alabama won the most recent meeting in 2015, 35-17, in Arlington, Texas.

Wisconsin is coming into this game off two uninspiring efforts against Western Michigan and South Dakota.

If you think the Badgers are winning this game, I’d say you’ve probably had a few too many Spotted Cow’s. Currently as I write this, Alabama is favored by 16 points per Bovada.

Best Case Scenario: Alabama comes into this game thinking this game will be a rollover like everyone is saying it will be, with that said Wisconsin will need to play error free and significantly better than the first two games of the season. The Camp Randall crowd will need to provide a spark to the home team and carry them to the finish line for a historic win for the UW program. Is this likely? No. But like the movie Dumb & Dumber …. So you’re telling me there’s a chance?!

Worst Case Scenario: Alabama jumps out to an early double-digit lead. The Badgers have no answers on either side of the ball and Alabama rolls through UW like a scalding axe through quivering flesh in a 48-14 win. Angry drinking abounds in Wisconsin on Saturday night.

What’s Likely To Happen: Wisconsin comes in with a good game plan and hangs with the Tide for about a half … but Alabama’s superior talent, elite athletes, and relentless physicality is too much for the Badgers to handle in a 35-14 Alabama win.
